well you can get pimples for quite a few reasons really, a few of them being your face might be too oily, your pores are clogged and dirty, or it could just be hormones (that's why some teens break out often) what you can do about it is wash your face with hottest water you can (careful you don't burn yourself though) then wash your face witht he hot water and a good cleanser (try neutrogena clear pore cleanser/mask) and then imediately use the cold, cold water on your face. this works cause hot water opens pores (that's why humidity can sometimes cause pimples or break outs) and cold water closes pores. this is something simple to do and it usually works very well, no need for expensive products. hope this helps =)

Pimples are the simply the cause of oil, dirt, and dead skin cells sitting in your pores. That causes the pore to become infected. This infected pore is, in turn, the one thing we all dread- a zit. Proactive works miracles for some people and for others, it's a bunch of worthless junk you wasted your money on. Believe it or not, the brand Neutrogena is the absolute BEST stuff you can put on your face. All of their products are dermatologist recommended and get the job done too. I only use Neutrogena, actually. They have a wide variety of facial cleansers, scrubs, and toners that you should give a try. Infact, at Walgreens right now, the newest of Neutrogena facial care (their "Oil-Free Acne Stress Control" line) is on sale for $4.99 a piece. I would suggest the "Oil-Free Acne Stress Control Power-Foam Wash" for you. Go to Walgreens quickly though, because the regular price of that stuff is $7.49. The three necessities in every girl's daily facial regime are 1) a scrub with salicylic acid 2)an acne spot treatment (cream to make your zits decrease in redness, size, or number) and 3)an Alcohol-Free Toner. And it just so happens that Neutrogena has all of those! Good luck!

It has more to do with hormones than cleaning your face. Clogged pores happen but thinking they're the cause of acne is a myth/old wives tale. It's systemic and is cause from the inside out. If it was only an issue of pores no one would have pimples thanks to the huge number of face cleansing products available. There is very little you can do to prevent them. It's just the way your body works. Talking with a dermatologist now while you're still young can help. He may be able to pinpoint what the issue is.

Well enough about how you get them. To avoid them the best move is to visit a dermatologist. They can identify your skin type and the extent of your acne. I had mild adult acne and my doc popped me on an antibiotic which prevents pimples, haven't had a pimple while on the med. There are a few different meds but the one best suited for you is a decision best left to a professional. Don't waste your time with Yahoo Answers ... use Yahoo Directory and find a good dermie.

what are you 12 or something? we get pimples because they are clogged pores, most likely caused by either sweat, makeup, or dirt from not washing your face.
you can wash your face, buy like facial cleansers at a local drugstore, like walgreens or something. or just wash your face with bar soap everyday. at night before you go to bed you can also use an astringent or alcohol or witch hazel. put some on a cotten ball and wipe your face with it.
when girls are first hitting puberty acne is a pain, but after a few months it goes away and is not as bad.
if it doesnt clear up or these tricks dont work for you, talk to your doctor about benzaclin, it really worked for me.

Well pimples are part of every teenager's life!! Although you are the only one in your class that has has them it shouldn't frighten you because they will have them in the future also!! You rarely find teens that have clear skin!! If you want to get rid of them try using proactive or neutrogena products!! They should work!! : )

i used pro active for a while and it dried out my skin really badly. just wash your face with a cleanser or scrub every day. dont put on too much make up because it makes it worse. some products that work are: neutrogena rapid clear treatment pads, clean & clear advantage acne spot treatment, and clearasil maximum strecgth acne treatment cream. hope that helps!

hiya ! well its not about being mature, and even if it is, its a good thing aint it ?. anyhow back to your question, you can get them if you eat a lot of dairy products, chocolates etc. Also if you excercise a lot, your sweat glands produce spots. dont worry its a natural thing for all girls and boys. Just cut down on sugary foods.
good luck
