From top to bottom or bottom to top?
Anyway here is mine:
1. At least as smart as me if not more intelligent.
2. Driven.
3. Nice with a mean streak.
4. Communicator.
5. Honesty.
6. Integrity.
7. Nice behind. (what can I say? I am an A** man)
That is only part of my list.

Ideally, they are rich - lol, jk. I like a good sense of humor, intelligence, commitment to family, someone who is nice, they treat the mailman and wait staff, etc., with the same respect as they would someone regal. It doesn't hurt if they're good looking, too. ;-)

Straight male, around 40, intelligent - (IQ of 145+, approx.), dark hair, blue eyes, career in the arts, college education, good sense of humor, talented, ridiculously witty and charismatic, not religious, good with kids, likes to travel, sense of adventure... I often like Taurus men even though I don't ...quite...believe in astrology.
English a big plus.
Vegetarian a big plus.

Honesty, Honesty, and more Honesty:) also intelligence-i mean at least average intelligence------not trying to sound mean but there are alot of guys (girls too) that are very uneducated because they just didnt want to learn or stay in school or whatever..

oh, such a long list!
a guy, who is Jew, 18 to 21, he must be studying something, be smart, be funny, have a nice family, be good looking, must like watch movies and read good books, must be economically stable, not smoke, not consume drugs, not get always drunk, well that's pretty much it,
oh, and also very important, he must be polite.

In order of importance:
1. Intelligence (not all "hehehe football, booze and girls" includes Sense of Judgment (wont drink and drive))
2. Humor/witty (boring guys...yelch.)
3. "Chivalry" (is nice, well mannered...not mean unless he has too)
4. Loyalty/Honesty (not like "ooh that girl has bigger boobs than you")
5. Aware of the world (not like "wtf is global warming")
6. Is able to stand up for himself (wont take crap from me or some1 else)
7.Looks (this includes hygine...who want a guy who pees in the sink?!)
(I prefer guys btw.)

makes you laugh, will be your friend too, someone quirky, interested in what you're saying, is passionate, stands up for what they believe in, supports & tries to understand your beliefs, would still love you even if you started singing at the top of your lungs and dancing like a goof in public--bonus points if they join in!
