Yikes! I thoght this was going to be dirty- I am a little disappointed! I squeeze it from the middle and then when it is nearing the end of the tooth paste life expextancy, I squeeze it from the end. But usually I wrap both hands around it (Heeeeeeeeyyyyyyy). And yes, I does make my teeth whiter and that is why I do it everyday!!
