Last year, I had the honor of being invited to one of the "Divine Nine'" Soroties..unfoutnately, soon after I was accepted..I decided not to continue because my family was living with me, and I worked a full time job..so I was very very tired...the members weren't too thrilled at my decision, I ran into a couple of em..and some will speak..One of the members was in my class,..she never speaks..and I mean I want too but I know how it's looked down upon if you start the process and don't continue.....But all in all I still aspire to become a member of this particular organization..it;s something that I think about all the time..However I don't know if I'll get accepted next time around..So my question is Should I still pursue membership with this organization but through a grad chapter since I'm graduating in a few monts..and How should I go about it..Should I try to get on good terms with the members of the chapter I almost initiated in.. and the grad chapter that I'll be pursuing shou

It is likely the Grad Chapter will know that you were a member before. I would meet the problem head on, be open and honest tell them that you were having family problems which led to your having to leave the sorority. Tell them that you would like to rejoin and ask them if it is possible.
