When I was young I wanted to be a teacher. We didn't have the money for school at the time so I got a job as a Nanny for a doctor's family and cared for his three children. In return I recieved a small payment and room and board. I began to take courses in Social Science at the local college and worked around my school schedule. I became a Social Worker in the Welfare department of my county of residence and worked there 10 years before becoming a full time mother and housewife which is the hardest job I have ever had. The hours are terrible and the pay sucks LOL

Good question, When I was young I wanted to have a good job in business or something that allowed me to travel the world.

Now I am still young 21 but I am studying International Relations and will finish next year. So hopefully I can get the job I always wanted.

When I was a youngster, I dreamed of being a soldier. When I was 18, I joined the US Army. I loved it. I stayed 23 years and now am a retired Sergeant First Class, hence the nick name "sarge". After I retired from the Army, i taught Army JROTC until I retired from that. Now I'm retired 3 times (social security) and I help people in my neighborhood. It's been quite a rewarding life. Hope this helps. Sarge.

I wanted to be a nurse. I became a counselor. I am retired/disabled. I teach Sunday School. I loved my job. I am a people person and I have always been the kind of person that others tell their troubles to. The job was a natural for me. I love the Lord and teaching Sunday School is not a paying job but a satisfying one.

When I was 13, I thought about being a reporter, hopefully reporting on things going on with the government. Right now I'm currently majoring in Journalism, though I did have a brief period of wanting to teach English.

When I was REALLY young, I wanted to be a princess. As I got older, I wanted to be a classical musician. (Did that for a while.) I got a degree in education, but never taught. I never really wanted to, but my parents pushed it. I got a Masters in Business. Worked as a lobbyist for a while. Now I own and run an organic farm and help run a non-profit.
