I started taking ovulex about 3 weeks ago, and for the first time in months, I am getting a high reading on the fertility monitor, clearblue easy. Also it said if you drink 1 cup of decaf green tea a day, it is supposed to help increase your cervical fluid.

DO NOT TAKE black cohosh.that is a bad herb.Do not take Black Cohosh during pregnancy. It can increase the chance of a miscarriage. Black Cohosh has also been used for sore throat, bronchitis, joint pain, fever, insomnia, and snakebite, but its effectiveness for these problems has never been verified. There is a case report of neurological complications in a post term baby after labor induction with a mixture of black cohosh and blue cohosh (Caullophylum thalictroides) during a home birth.[1] Other cases of adverse outcomes experienced by neonates born to women who reportedly used blue cohosh to induce labor have been published in peer-reviewed journals.[2]
if you are serious about getting pregnant talk to your doctor about clomid.woman have asked us this question in our obgyn office and we do not recommend herbs.they can cause breast lumps and other complications.Ovulex is not a good fertility drug it takes so long for woman to get pregnant with it we very rarely prescribe it.
