Norton Antivirus Help??

I tried to click on my norton icon on and i got a message that says" another instance of the wixard is running" how do i fix this ?

maybe it was bringing in updates
try again
if you have the same problem
go to norton website

Try a right click on it and see if the menu that appears will then let you open the one that is running.
