I'm going with Johnson. He's the most physically gifted (although Cannon-armed Russell is a close 2nd) and a mature guy with a good work-ethic.
At 6'4 and 230 with 4.35 speed and good hands, it's going to be HARD not to be successful.
If Calvin Johnson goes to Oakland, his prospects will obviously dim. But I think Oakland will do the disservice to Russell of drafting him.
So, Calvin Johnson is most likely to be a superstar. Adrian Peterson is probably my second pick, but he has major durability concerns.

It's Calvin Johnson; he's the best athlete (including Jamarcus Russell) in the draft. Also, if he goes to the Raiders, they will have built a decent team around him finally, with a great defense, a go-to back, and an offensive line that's constantly being upgraded. Plus, they'll get a decent QB for Moss, whether through picks or a regular trade. If they don't trade Moss, then Johnson can learn from him. The Browns have a much better situation if they pick him- a QB, HB, and another young reciever in Braylon Edwards. If he goes to the Lions, Jon Kitna has the arm to throw long and they now have a running back to pick up any slack in the passing game.

A lot will depend on who gets drafted where like you mention, Johnson could be the next Jerry Rice or the next Charles Rogers depending on where he ends up. Sadly for him I am putting my money on the Lions picking him if they dont trade out of the 2nd spot and Oakland passes on him. The fact that the Lions didnt sign Kevin Curtis when the whole world knew he wanted to sign there and re-unite with Martz is a red flag that they think they can pick Johnson.
But to answer your question i think the best prospect 5 years from now could be Amobi Okoye. This kid is a beast that overpowered double teams consistently and has ideal size and very long arms for his position. He is also only 19 so he is not nearly at his physical peak and in 5 years this kid could be strong enough to demand double teams every play and even a chip block from a tight end or fullback after the double team to slow him down. The others guys mentioned (offensive skill guys) all could be stars but they will depend on the team around them giving them an opportunity (will the Browns block well enough if they pick Peterson, will Johnson rot in the hellhole known as the Lions, can Russell stay off his back long enough to throw bombs?) but Okoye can control the middle of the defense with little help. Love the potential of the other guys, I just think Okoye has the most potential without the inevitable question marks the others might face plus he hasnt scratched the surface of his potential....nobody does at the tender age of 19.

Why not Amobi Okoye. Does the best player have to be on offense or is this just a popularity contest. Don't get me wrong, the other guys listed are going to be above average, but this kid is 19 may i remind you, in 5 years he will be the same age as some guys drafted now. He will fill out more and finally get to be one of the most athletic talented 300 pounders in the league. He is the smartest person to enter a draft in the last 20 years. This guy is one in a million and will be the best DT in the game in 5 years all these other guys will probably be top 5 at their respected position. PS doesn't matter so much where you go to be a dominant DT, its more on the player.

Marshawn Lynch: He has tremendous talent as a Marshal Faulk type back and is willing to play through injuries and be a total team player. Also Look out for Jared Zabranski QB Boise State. This is a kid that has proven he can win in any environment a do it when the chips are down. He has a strong arm and if he is lucky enough to get paired with a good team and develop for a year he could be the next NFL Legend.

there is continuously a accessible for a bust, there is not any such element a particular element in the draft. yet i imagine what your attempting to assert is there isnt a sparkling decrease #a million, someone who seem to easily stand head and shoulders above the different gamers. and that i must trust you on that aspect. i imagine what we are watching this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days is not any superstars yet somewhat in simple terms fairly some strong gamers. yet i imagine there are exceptions, with Mcfadden being one, as he is going to be a strong operating again, perchance no longer peterson tremendous, yet nonetheless he will be a suitable RB in this league. also Dorsey will be awesome in the subsequent aspect, if he can stay healthful, yet its hard to foretell well being in the NFL. The Qb type is unquestionably weak, and that i dont imagine you gonna see a celeb from this bunch, yet Ryan should be a strong starter for 3 hundred and sixty 5 days to come back.

Calvin b/c his size, speed, athleticism, and talent.
He is the most talented player in the draft and will no doubt be good anywhere he goes. He may go to the Eagles b/c they have no WR's with Stallworth on the pats...they could trade up for him.

Joe Thomas. I think he'll be a solid starter from day 1. I can see him as a probowler caliber player for many many years. Alos Amobi Okoye has a bright future as well. Only 19!

Lamar Woodley because he is a fantastic player and he can really help the WHOLE TEAM out. That's why I think he will contribute the most and become the best player to have on a team.
