I do not try to think of a question. If one pops into my head, I will type it out immediatley.

About a minute I guess!! I only ask when I already have a question to ask. Typing may take time as I type with only two single fingers on each hand.

I only ask a question when one comes into my mind. Normally, I like trying to help people by answering problems.

Do you mean my normal, lame ones that people pass over without answering? Or, do you mean an intelligent, funny, thought provoking one?
I've never done the latter, but I've only been working on one for 5 months now.. I'll keep posted on my progress.
