Chances are, if your leaving work at 3:30, you got there around 7AM. At least that's what time I come in and leave my day work. If that's the case, you've been with these people longer than you will spend with your family at home and the day is just that. A day. It's over. Good night.

Because if you are leaving for the day, that is the proper goodbye. Even though it is not dark out, you are leaving for the day, so goodnight makes sense

its called being polite. I usually just say good bye and see ya next week God willing.Cause you never know what could happen on the road with these lunatic drivers ..See how that lady got killed by Brandies wreck less driving..

People i know dont say "goodnight."They simlpy just say "bye."Itz easier.
