I would go with the dark blue shirt. If you a guy, you can get away with almost anything.

Dark brown and grey are not good matches. I would go with the blue jeans

it should be fine. maybe black shoes, but dark blue shirt definately, more contrast.

Well, nobody will stop you from wearing it, but blue and brown does not go together (try blue with black.)
