My first memories are very vague. I remember being in an open jeep and someone was there telling me to see the bear up in the mountains. I think I was 3 or 4. I remember when I (accidentally) hit my brother in the head with the ragmop (with no rag in it), and his head was bleeding. I think I was about the same age. I remember there being a jar on the back porch with water and tea bags in it for suntea.
Many people have told me they have memories of being a baby but I really don't remember much before I was about 4 or 5. I have often wondered if my parents separation, then divorce when I was 4 had something to do with this. I wonder if I blocked a lot of things out.

I am not sure about my first memory but I remember the house I lived in when I was 3-4 years old.
I remember the first time I tied my shoes at age 4.

Around age 3 or 4 --- I remember watching the Price Is Right with my granny while she would cook lunch and eating watermelon from their garden with my cousin out in the back yard. I love those memories.

I can remember being three and learning that there was a war (Korea) and asking my mother about it and I remember playing outside and the dog we had when I was two, and I remember being put up in a tree at the house we moved from when I was two. So I have pretty good memories from pretty early on but I don't think I have any from being in a crib.

I have many early memories, the furthest back is probably when I was 2.5. They were good memories - my family, fun times. Some of them are not very positive (like hitting my head hard on the pavement and going to the hospital), but most are very nice.

We always used to argue about this.... most of us think we remember but our memories come from pictures we've seen or stories people have told us. I believe that most people can only remember to about 5 years old

I think I was 2 and it wasn't a good memory. I was wanting to go with my dad but I couldn't leave until I ate my eggs. To this day I can't stand eggs that are well cooked.
