I have never had a problem with the them in the 4 Chrysler products I have had since 2000 (2001 T&C, 2005, 2006, and a 2006 Dakota). It all really depends on the dealer. The only thing I have ever had to take in was the 2005 because the belt wasn't put on properly from the factory and the Dakota club cab door latches weren't working correctly. They were taken to two different dealers, and I did not have a problem with either of them and didn't cost me a penny. Dont get me wrong, I have heard horror story's of "stealerships", but Chrysler has gotten much better since the nineties. Are you currently having a problem with them? Good luck!!

Yes they do fully honor their warranties unless you have been racing it, and on some cars they can prove it.

How do I know? I work in a Chrysler plant, everyone drives a Chrylser there, and we all talk about it all the time. Yes I do own one too. The only problem Ive had is that its a diesel and its hard to find a dealer that knows what they are doing with it.

I have a 2005 Sebring convertible that was bought with 22,000 miles on it,I had trouble with the top leaking and had to be put in the shop twice....nobodys perfect but they realigned the top replaced all the gaskets, and given a loaner car for 4 days total and the done it with professional courtesy that you should expect.
