Uhm... Tell her in a really discreet way. Like say that you're going on a no sugar diet and ask if she'll join you on it for extra support or something like that.
just don't come out and say 'i think your fat' or anything, coming from a guy can be really bad. Or maybe get one of her girl friends to tell/help her.

No, I wouldn't say anything, because they already know they are overweight, and they already know they are adding more sugar, and they have probably heard it all before..and if they aren't ready to do anything, there isn't much you can do..just like if an alcoholic isn't ready to quit drinking, or an addict isn't ready to get clean ...there isn't much anyone can do.

yes, dont make fun of her/him but tell him/her that its not healthy and tell them that you can get very and they like school, tell them, u might miss school. hope i help! i hope your friend stops putting extra sugar in a milkshake.
