Cleanse and moisturiser your face every morning and night. Be careful not to touch your face too much throughout the day. Remove all make-up before going to sleep. Drink lots of water. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, especially those with high water content such as watermelon and cucumber. Exfoliate your skin 3ish times a week with a natural scrub (you can make your own with oats, honey and milk) or the St. Ives Apricot scrub is wonderful. Stay away from face products with high levels of alcohol in them - the alcohol is added to make you THINK it's working, as you can feel it stinging, but in fact it just dries out your skin. Get lots of sunshine but remember to always wear suncream - especially on your nose and cheeks.

Depends on many factors... I have been in a health craze mode since my divorce 5 years ago.. People who i have not seen since that time tell me how great i look. I am 34 years old and i weight train hardcore. and I take care of everything including my skin. I eat extremely well. fruits whole grain and drink tons of fruit juice. cranberry, grapefruit, oj. Just eat good foods and stay away from sugar, cabs and oily foods and dint go sun tanning like its going out of style. Use an all natural body wash and face wash. dint use anything else including when you shave. use the same body wash for that. And make sure that everything you eat and put on your body is all natural.

It's through Healthy Living and Healthy Eating.

For eating, we often hear such things as antioxidant vitamins A, C and E, so, go for fresh fruit, dairy products, oily fish and vegetables, particularly leafy green vegetables.

But, that's not sufficient, the living style is as important as the eating habits. Stay away from tension, think good and keep smiling.

For starters you need to do the basics.

Wash your face with hot water at least once a day. (not too hot)

Eat a very balanced and healthy diet.
This excludes oily foods and deep fried foods, fast food too!

Drinking a good amount of water is important too.

Exercise.
Daily Exercise helps to eliminate toxins from your body.

Make up
Minimize it, or make sure you have reviewed the ingredients
Some makeup can literally destroy your face.

I have heard of a lot of people who use proactiv with great success. I don't necessarily endorse it, but if nothing else works for you it is worth a shot!

Hope this Helps!

drink lots of water. Try to go and get Facials regularly. If you cannot do that then you should go to your walmart or whatever store and get facial products to match your skin type.

BTW...the food that you eat has NOTHING to do with how you face looks, Chocolate and all those thing will NOT affect your face in any way. I know that is something that you hear a lot but it has nothing to do with it
