Why is it that when women work together it often rapidly turns into a total bitchfest?

I work with a large group of women and I'm amazed how much bitching and backstabbing goes on. Why are women their own worst enemies sometimes?

even jokingly blokes always have to get the upper hand and prove alpha male statesmanship. blokes always joke "i'll knock yer fuc'k in" said in a jokey manner but the underlying meaning is for real. when women gather they gossip ***** and moan. not all do this only the real bitches/slags. i have had the misfortune of working with some of the biggest 2 faced bastards on the planet, i call a spade a spade and dont take guff. off all the bastards i've worked with the worst miscreant was a woman. she got her cards marked legally. the blokes punishment fell outside of the law. 99 percent of the women i have allowed to work near me have been ladies. 1 percent have been total kunts.

I also work with a large group of women, and some are back stabbing. However, quite a few are not like that at all and we work together very well. I guess it just depends on personality.

Women , by their very nature are competitive and hate to see another woman get ahead . Sure, women can form friendships or " cliques ", but when any of the members of the group seem to advance, either in their career, or in their personal life, the rest of the group will "diss" the poor gal, most likely behind her back.

I know. At first I used to think more like a man regarding my relationships with women and I was taken advantage of many times. So, in order to protect myself I was forced to change and become like them so as to confront them successfully. I love the way most of the men think; you know, straightforward, honest, always friendly and helpful. And now you can probably understand why women are not as true to each other as men are. Friendship turns out to be a man's privilege. Sad, but true.

POWER HUNGRY FEMINISM!

Which is quite ironic because feminine characteristics are supposed to include gracefulness, mercy, kindness, and obedience (which is highly downplayed in our society as something bad, but requires much moral strength and should be admired). These are all results of the third wave of feminism, taking it way to far.

Also, women, unlike men, do not take the "duel" approach. Meaning instead of fighting it out right then and there, they use secrecy and stealth and long drawn out "cold wars" to defeat their opponent.

HOWEVER, not all women, probably (and hopefully) most women won't act like this in that situation. Women are generally good, but often the ones in power are the bad ones.

Well, first of all, you are very sexist and rude, but I will TRY and get past that.

Maybe it is b/c some women can be so alike, that they come up with the same ideas, and are very competitive with each other.

Lemme put it this way, if there was someone just like you, but a bit better at EVERYTHING, you would try and get as good, if not better, than him.. would you not?

Because women tend to get jealous of one another for stupid reasons, such as physical appearances or the way one dress. Therefore, they have this prejudged notion about how the other women is going to act, and if they feel threatend by this, they want to be the first one to get their point across. It's stupid and sad, but that's the way it goes.
