surely they are not that stupid.they must be able to see from our british q ans a that the majority of us british dont care for them and what theyve done.no doubt this will get removed or swamped with americans pretending to be brits and saying no we like americans

there will be brits just like you with you're opinions as well as us yanks with the same mentality. you all need to get help. me on the other hand have met many a brit totally cool with just about anybody, including the French, which is definitley good in my book. Ignorant people such as your self needs to ask your self the reason for all this hate. Sure you seen some stupid americans doing stupid things but you surely can't say you've never seen a brit doing the same ****. Every country has its good and bad apples. And I do admit- our country does have plentiful bad apples. Think about it mate. Cheers.

Ya know, in a way it's very sad that you judge us as a whole rather than on an individual basis. But at the same time, I think from time to time, we all let a few bad seeds create our perception of everyone from a certain group. I'm lucky in that I work in a multicultural environment in both my current job and my most recent job before this. I have worked with people from all over the world and it has changed my views on things.

I have visited America a few times & everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting was polite & helpful & I am looking forward to going again in May!!

wow..that's a pretty ignorant question. when you say "what they've done" what do you mean? you can't even provide examples lol. If you mean politically, don't you realize that a lot of americans don't agree with the political decisions being made?
you're probably just a disgruntled brit. I've found lots of nice brits on YandA except you.

I'm British and I don't dislike Americans.
I like most people until they do something that makes me dislike them and the majority of them that I have met have been very pleasant.
There defiantly are differences in our cultures,but variety is the spice of life.

It's too bad that you don't have an open mind when it comes to people, many of us Americans are very intelligent and very nice people. I don't have a problem with the British at all, you have to accept people as they are.

Besides you should be kissing our *** because if it wasn't for Americans you would still be oppressed like you were in history. And I do believe if we hadn't saved your *** in WW2 you would be speaking German. Remember, we were the ones who STARTED democracy.
