Check with a doctor. I have violent nasal allergies and moderate asthma and my OB told me it was OK to continue with both nasal and asthma steroids, since inhalers deliver such a microscopic amount of medication to the baby. But that's a ruling that must come from your doctor.

Since we dont know if you have any sorts of complications or possible morbidities with this pregnancy, I would use an OTC saline spray until you can go see your doctor. I suffer from sinuses too, and they suck, dont let them get worse, bc it will make your life miserable...go see your dr ASAP and they will be able to help you out, and may prescribe you a spray or even just a pill to take. You shouldn't use steroids of any sort while pregnant unless directed to do so by your doctor (which he or she likely won't do). Mine told me the only nasal spray I could use was just the plain saline spray.
