Ive had 4 kiddies and the last one (4 months ago) was induced by sex but i didn't have any bleeding, my waters went instead! I suggest that if you are worried go back to the hospital! I went in about 7 times for various things and just knowing that things were ok eased my mind and made me feel relaxed and therefore the baby was relaxed too. I believe that it is better to be safe than sorry and even if you get sent home again at least you won't be worrying! Your children are the most important things in the world and midwifes know that and are usually only too pleased to make sure mum is feeling happy with her pregnancy. You only have a short time left so spend it enjoying the experience with you and your partner and your bump and not worried. The next few months will be exciting and busy so relax and enjoy.

Go to the doc and express how worried you are. I don't think you should be bleeding so much, but I'm not a doctor. Just be really addimit about something being done right away. I feel like something should have been done the first time you went in.you're far along enough that it wouldn't ba a bad idea to try to get someone to speed along labour or preform a C-section. Make sure that everything possible is done to keep your baby and you safe and healthy.

After I had my show I had cramps on and off for a week before I went into labour. When the proper cramps start you will know.
Just keep doing what your doing- walking, sex, raspberry leaf tea. I used to do a couple of star jumps every now and then.
Have a spicy curry and drink pineapple juice.

These are probably all old wives tales but have fun and good luck!

Sounds to me like labor. Some spotting is normal with labor, but not lots of blood. That could spell other problems. I'd get checked again. Real labor pains come closer and closer and more intense as you go. Usually don't see bleeding with false labor (braxton-hicks contractions) Lay off the sex because you might put bacteria up there.

I had a bloody show when I was 39 weeks pregnant also.. it lasted for 2 weeks and they kept telling me the baby was fine and that I just wasn't dilating yet so if my water didn't break or if my contractions were any less then 6 min apart to head in. I never got to start to dilate and ended up induced. good luck.

Did the grant you with a sono? a similar element occurred to me. (i'm 17 weeks) It wasnt heavy bleeding in simple terms mild pink and brownish recognizing....cramping and prefer a egg white discharge that replaced into pink tinged. besides I went to the ER and they did a sono which confirmed that I definitely have something called Placenta Previa. Its the position the placenta attaches and covers all or lots of the cervix. you are able to opt to get a sono to rule that out. because if it extremely is the case you won't be able to have sex till after the newborn is born (because it kinda opens the cervix) and relying on the severity you should must have a c area. besides....take care....each thing is difficulty ok even if it really is continuously more advantageous powerful to be risk-free than sorry.

IF you haven't already gone to the hospital go now! Severe bleeding like period bleeding at the end is NOT a good sign. Breaking your water is normal and maybe a little spotting but not bleeing like a peroid.

Wow. What the heck is raspberry t leaf sex? Talk to your Doctor. Stop having sex for right now. At first I thought it just sounded as what some rude and perverted people call getting you cherie popped, but I truly don't know.

Just try and chill out a really spicy curry might help, but really the only answer i can give is he or she will only arrive when they are good and ready. When your labour starts just listen to what the midwife tells you and don't panic. good luck to all of you, bump included and enjoy. (You will forget the pain as soon as you hold your baby, promise ) xx
