I used to do makeovers for a major company.
The makeup artist to the starts swear by this and since I heard about it, i absolutely agree. For the eyes, you can use your eyeshadow, your mascara and your black or brown eyeliner, but here is where the trick comes in: Too make your eyes look big and bright, take white eyeliner and apply to the bottom eye right along the rim. Don't use black or any color but white on the bottom. Black on the bottom makes eyes look smaller. Since your eyes are hooded, like mine, apply your eye shadow with your eye OPEN instead of closed. Because people are going to see you with your eyes open not closed. Take some white eyeshadow and apply only right under your eyebrows, then take the eyeshadow color of your choice (not too dark, try light purple, browns, whatever you like and with your eye open apply it to only the hooded part. Then close the eye that you are working on and apply again white eyeshadow to the part that is bare (there should be a bare space on your eyelid if you applied your shadows with your eye OPEN) then apply your eyeliner and mascara and TA DA! great big beautiful eyes.
I prefer the cream eye shadows. there are many different types out there now, there's the regular kind, the creams, the mousse, mineral powders etc. play around with them at the mall, that way you don't have to buy each kind to find out what you like best! P.S I read some of the answers and reported all the rude ones. Who are they to judge?

What I would recommend that you do, is do not apply any blush to your cheeks, and if you do, make it a very light color. Any of the darker colors would just draw attention to your cheeks and it doesn't seem like that is what you are looking for. As for making your eyes stand out, do not use dark eye shadows or liner because, trust me, dark eye make-up makes eyes look smaller than they really are. Stick with champagne colored shadows and black-brown mascara. Good luck. I hope that this helps! By the way, don't you even listen to the girl who answered before me. She must have NO idea what she is talking about. Chubby cheeks can be genetic!

Oh my god! Are you kidding? i think of you look appealing! and that's from a girl from the conventional gang. heavily you would be seen fairly in my college! i do no longer think of you have such small eyes and that i think of obese cheeks are an compliment. Ur appealing and don't you forget approximately it! I only think of you need to hold out the colour of your lips somewhat. crimson will look super! i think of extra mascara will do extra appropriate than eyeliner inspite of the indisputable fact that. And be effective to place some on the top of ur lashes! it will make it look longer and curlier. yet you're already extraordinary!

stephanie's right! you can also get some white eye liner, i know we have some at victoria's secret that's glittery, and line your eyes especially on the inner corner, it makes the eye's sort of "pop" and appear larger.
