All the diagnostics say the mouse is working okay. I've switched out to another mouse & it won't right click either.I think its a virus problem....

Considering you've already tried a different mouse, buying a brand new mouse would be pointless. Obviously, the mouse itself isn't the problem.

At this point, I'm going to have to agree with Đά ҒĻдүд's theory that your mouse driver may be corrupt and may need to be re-installed.

To inspect your mouse driver, right-click on My Computer and click on "Manage". That will take you to the Computer Management console. In the left pane, click on Device Manager. Then, in the right pane, click on the "+" by "Mice and other pointing devices". If there's something wrong with your mouse driver, there should be a yellow/red marking by the device. Right-click on the device and select "Properties". You can then try updating/re-installing the driver from the options available.

Hope this helps!

Have you got mad at the computer or something and abused the mouse by hitting it, banging it, or any other way? If so, that would explain it all on why the right click button on your mouse will not work.

You may have to re-install the drive files or your mouse may be broken

Probably needs to be opened up and cleaned. If that doesn't work, buy a new one.
