They are usually like "Wireless Experts" on their signs and say "Authorized Verizon Wireless Agent". They provide much friendlier service than corporate stores and usually better prices. They will match any other offer most of the time.


Just don't buy from online sites like InPhonic, LetsTalk, or Wirefly. They will rip you off.
