I don't think it would be racist because to be racist, the song would have to get played.
Judging from the ZERO goals that Anson has scored since being traded to Carolina, this song would not get any playing time and as such isn't racist.

But yes, if Anson does happen to get a lucky deflection off his butt or noggin' it would be a great song to play.
