Thrashers will win it because all of a sudden Kovalchuk is on fire and the team made some really good moves getting Belanger and Tkachuk who are really making an impact right now. Now that the team isn't free-falling like it was a few weeks ago and with Lehtonen playing like a number one goaltender again they are really riding the momentum and will win the southeast this year. Bear in mind the last two cup winners have been teams from the southeast being Carolina and Tampa Bay. Now Tampa Bay Lecavalier and St.Louis are playing top notch but aren't getting much help from their goaltender or from anyone besides Vinny Prospal and sometimes when Brad Richards feels like it so I think the Thrashers will take especially with Hossa and Kovalchuk both on fire and both having the pinpoint passing centers they need to score goals.

At this rate, I think it will be Tampa. However, I wouldn't mind seeing the Thrashers winning the division. Would it funny if the Thrashers win the Cup? 3 seasons in a row a Southeast Divison team winning the Cup.
Hey, as long as the Canes don't win the division (or even make the playoffs) I'll be happy.

The Thrashers. Both have good offense, T.B. has a somewhat better D, but huge gap in goaltending. Lehtonen/Hedberg > Denis/Holmqvist.

i am going to say the thrashers becay=use the have a strong team and they have kovalchuk and the new aquired kieth ktchuk and don't let me forget bobby holik.
