I had to replace a fuse on my car but I didn't have a diagram to go by so I was pulling them all out to check them. Once I did that I got a "check engine" light which a dianostic shows to be a faulty fuel level sensor. Did I do this or do I just have really bad luck. I drive a 02 Nissan Sentra.

Pulling your fuse was merely a coincidence.
The fuel level sensor is required by the car's computer to indicate the fuel level for on-board emissions testing.
The computer must know the fuel level when it tests the EVAP system. If the fuel level sensor is out of range, or doesn't function or communicate with the computer correctly, the test can't run.
Federal law requires this test for all cars that are OBD II compliant.
The sensor must be serviced, either repaired or replaced.

you will have to have the codes reset on the computer to get rid of the light, try pulling the negative battery cable off the battery for abour a minute and then reinstall it and drive the car around and see if the light goes away, car might act funny for about a half mile until the computer resets itself again.

did they clear the light, and did it come back? and no....it is unlikely that you did this by removing fuses
