to my ex boss. He was new to the position and company, he didnt have a clue of how things really work in our business. -He was out of college , thought he knew how it was. Well, he fired me for speaking out, however 6 months later he was fired for screwing up our division.

Every darn "school improvement plan" to fit Bush's highly flawed "No Child Left Behind". If you read the whole document, it should really be titled, "If they aren't a brick in the wall, leave them behind".
