I need to be able to light a match on the spot while sitting down and not using a strike pad. If anybody knows how to light a match with their teeth, that would be best. Is there a video that shows it?

You need to find 'strike anywhere' matches. The only ones I have ever seen were trade name 'Ohio Blue Tips'. Camping and outdoor stores probably carry them.

How about you light it on your jeans instead, the friction of the denim will spark the match, also if your sitting down you can still reach your shoes, you can use them to light it as well, the teeth might get the match wet which may make it difficult to spark.

You need the strike anywhere kind of matches (not safety matches). To light with your finger, you actually use your nail--if you practice, you'll find you can do it. I haven't done it with teeth, but I'd think that would work--suck your teeth to dry them first, it won't work if they're wet.
