my boyfriend lost a bet me, in which if he lost he would have to dress in only womens clothing for a year if i won, but i would have to be his sex slave for 2 months if he won, needless to say i won, and i kind of need advise on what i should make him wear for halloween. The reason i made this bet with him is because he claims that women have it easy, that we just have to look pretty and someone will do everything for us. Add details if needed

Since you have plenty of time to find the perfect costume for your new girlfriend, I suggest that you rent a different female costume every other weekend or so for your boyfriend to try on. But make him dress-up as a girl first & then let him see the costume & make him spend a whole evening in the costume & as a girl for the weekends you have him dressed as a girl. You might as well have fun with this & the more you make him dress-up as a girl, the more he'll get used to dressing up & then you can do what you want to your new girlfriend. You need to prepare him for going out in public as a girl, so tell him he needs to practice, practice, practice.

Make him wear a tank top and put a ball and chain by his (her) foot. Then ask him to constantly say "stop looking at my chest"
If you drive, you may need to pick her up so he doesn't get beat up on the way home from school.
