Do web search, authors frequently have Web pages and can be contacted via email.
Otherwise, contacting the publishing house probably will get a response, if not from her then one of the editors.

Write to her publisher and ask to have your questions forwarded
on to the author.. Sometimes, they may even give you an address of where the author can be reached.
