i need some help?

so im a freshman at my high school theres this guy in tenth grade that for the past two days been touching me in areas he shoulding be touching and i dont like it but when he does it i just freeze and dont say anything and the girl i was with the first time was like "case do something" and then gave me a look but i just stood there. Both times it has happened at school but he acts like he did nothing wrong and HAS A GIRLFRIEND. i cant tell him that i didnt like what he has been doing bc i just want to be away from him. should i report it and if i do what should i report it under?

oh hell no i dont want him i dont likw him and i just cant do anything wen he touches me and i have like felt like crp after and do right now.

I would tell my parents and the princible, or go the the school counselor. I understand why you freeze up. I have been there and worst. You don;t do anything because you are in shock and cannot think. Its not your fault and don't feel guilty because you did not tell him no or react to it. I know how hard it is to stand up to the person violating you. So just go to an adult. You did nothing wrong. Sorry about what happened. I would report it because he could do worst someday to you or someone else. By you reporting it you can save someone else some pain and maybe save you some more pain in the future. Sorry

My friend had a same problem with a guy touching her in places she didn't feel comfortable with. But you shouldn't just stand there. Have more self-respect for youself and before it gets worse, everytime he does it, find a way out of it. He probably continues to do it because he thinks you are fine with it. Walk away and do something very obvious to where he gets the message. Pull away from his touch or just walk away from him. If he doesn't get the message then try telling him to stop and tell him you don't feel right. If he continues to do it, then report it. Tell an adult, teacher, and if you know his girlfriend, then tell her too. After he knows that you don't like him touching you and continues doing it, it's sexual harassment.

Definitely report it. It's sexual harassment. Not just for you, you poor thing, but for the many other girls he thinks he can do that to as he gets older and older. And if that doesn't work just yell at him to Piss Off, so others can hear. Hopefully his embarrassment will stop it happening again. Good luck.

No male has a right to touch a female and make her uncomfortable. He needs to be reported. He has no right and you need to step up and tell him to knock it off. You have a right to be respected.

first of all ask him to stop, when he starts doing it dont make a scene just push him away ad say NO very firml... secondly tell his girlfriend... who knows what else he's doign adn she needs to know her boyriend is being unfaithful ( she migth not believe you, but thats her problem)

i have delt with this alot personally. if somebody is touching you and you don't like it let them know it's private property nobody is allowed on it without your say so. stand your ground even if it makes him think your a b**tch.
