I really don't think it is possible, unless you are having some wild sex and your back or neck become broken (highly unlikely!) Your partner can't hit your sciatic nerve, though some positions may cause the nerve to become pinched or irritated. I have had sciatica for 14 years and sex can cause a flare up to occur.

Even a very large man could not do this. The penis enters into your vagina and stays withing the vaginal canal. Your cervix at the end of this canal is a barrier that will prevent the penis (on the rare chance that it could be large enough) to enter into the uterus. The cerviz is also what prevents a baby from just falling out of a pregnant woman at any point in pregnancy. The odds of your partner hitting your sciatic nerve is zero.

well some guys do the ones i have been with have,guys enjoy it just as much if not more lol but some guys aren't lol comfortable letting it out so you might get a grunt or a heavy sigh out of him but yeah and usually if the girl is on top guys usually dont breath as hard cause the girl is doing the work but if you drop to your knees and bend over arching your back pushing your butt out that will get him breathing a little heavier assuming he goes longer than 5 mins that is
