Lemme get this straight.......You gave her money, but you didn't get a title??

LOL

Actually, you haven't "bought a car".....you've only given her some money! Fo real!

Try small claims court....that's prolly your best bet.

If the car has a lien on it, the owner must pay the lien before selling it, or during the sale.

If you bought a car with a lien, the previous owner was responsible for paying that debt. That's the entire point of a lien. That's what it does.

If the previous owner did not pay off the lien, you can sue them for the amount of the lien.

Don't park it outside, also you dont own that car because you didnt get a reciept and/or pink slip at the time of purchase. You are in possession of a stolen car and if she decides to report it you can be spending upwards of 5 years in jail. PS what a b|tch

Get a lawyer, take her to small claims court.
I think there is a fraud in there somewhere too.

Oh and you "buy" a car off someone and it has a "lien" on it.

She can't take the lien off until the pays off the loan.
