i allready have some storys for games the only problems i got is that i cant find the technology i need to actualy make them

If you are looking for technology to build a new gaming platform, you can take apart the newer systems, or older ones and computers. You can use all their parts and and rewrite some of their programs to build your own unique system. When you have a working prototype you then need to get someone to invest in it to get money to build more units and games for your system. If its a solid platform with good games, a bigger game industry migh offer to buy it from you.

You usually start as a Game tester and then you get some little projects under your belt. There are also college programs you can take.

I would start by working in the gaming industry and then you can learn how to make your own games and learn how they do everything then you won't have to guess.
