Naruto can only do up to the 4 tailed state after the 2 and a half year time skip but what if he could do the nine tailed state will he be called supreme kage?

If Naruto could fully emerge into the nine-tailed state, he would no longer be called Naruto, but would be known as Kyubi, for the fox would have fully broken loose from the seal.

If he does more tails the seal is broken, that's the reason for which Jiraiya tells Kakashi not to let him reach 4 tails. So the answer is no.

I dont think that he cant, it would be more that he wouldn't.
to answer your question no because with nine tails it would be the demon in control and not Naruto, if anything the demon wouldn't want to be hokage he'd want to kill everyone that was involved in his sealing

mmm don't think so, cause the nine tail would take advantage of him... or if he has a lot of .... friendship, it would be a big mess before naruto could control the kyuubi
