WITH SUBTITLES? like not with the a notebook that has subtitles....i mean on the show!? or even a place i could download them?

In all honesty if you want to finish the series, your best bet is going to be purchasing or renting the offical release DVD's by funimation.
The fansubbers who started Kodocha a long time ago, never got finish subtitled the series before it was lisensed, and then the group dropped the project, which is why you can't find fansubs of the later episodes.
And, places like youtube/crunchyroll where you can watch it, took it down since it's lisenced and the company was going to sue over their property being uploaded online
Only thing I've come across is a torrent batch (that's very large ( over 1 gig) which means all the episodes here:

it dosen't state wheather it's subtitled or not, but seems to be the only place with the later episodes.

They have it at http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com They do have a sign-up fee but it is small and a one time thing only and after this you get unlimited access with full-length episodes of old and new shows including full series. They also give you for free the software to convert the episodes to dvd format.
