Assuming discrimination does exist in employment, and the policy of Affirmative Action is invalidated.

well, if youre a minority, you would probably do just what the rest of us do. work your butt off, go out there and show em what youre made of. fair has nothing to do with it. effort should be what its all about. have you proven yourself worthy of the job???????????????????????????????????? should we all step back and put our own effort aside because were worried that your feelings might be hurt. oh well, youre crying. i worked harder than you, ran up huge bills to pay for school and you didnt, i perform better than you in school and at work. but wait. if you feel bad, im sure i can step down and give you the job. how f-ing stupid. im so entirely disgusted by the minority whine. NEVER in my life have i, or will i complain that i didnt get something and someone else did. NEVER would i compare someones accomplishments with their race. NEVER would i EXPECT preferential treatment above people who are more worthy simply because i feel sorry for myself. pure ignorance on the whole entire 'minority' march!!!!!

What more do they need?! A White kid, especially a male, can work his butt of in high school belonging to every socially accepted volunteer organization, get A+s in AP advanced courses and STILL the minority is taken first! I'm luck since my kid is partly Puerto Rican, but maybe by the time he's ready for college, reverse racism/discrimination won't exist!

The right to have equal credentials as all the other people and perform at an equal level?
Affirmative action is just reverse racism, and it protected a few at the expense of another.

Non-discrimination, if enforced, means that people are only evaluated on their actual merits -- not on race or gender.
Affirmative action was only to tip the scales the other way temporarily to correct past problems. I was never intended as a permanent solution.

Unless the minority gets wise and changes the politicians by voting whom they think is right, otherwise.......no chance of change.
