oh, that depends where the itch is an who's scratching it! ;-)

It depends what is causing the itch.If it's just a normal every day itch then yes...it goes away when you scratch it.If the itch is caused by something like a bug bite or poison ivy..it just gets worse.

makes it worse, the itch always comes back and bites you in the a***, like when ur on the tube and you get a real itch and you know that scratching with your clothes on won't help
