Some people have different symptoms every month.
For example, I can have headaches just before my period is due, with hardly a cramp, then I can get no head aches and really really bad cramps! its weird.
Being bloated is another symptom, of coming on.
Have you unprotected sex? If so may be worth doing a test to make sure. Maybe wait a week, and if you still have not yt come on, then do the test.
If you haven't had unprotected sex, then it will come.
If you are really worried and stressed about this, then your period will be prolonged any way.
Don't worry too much x

The withdraw method is NOT a form of birth control. Pre-ejaculate can and often does contain sperm. If you find out you are not currently pregnant I would advise going to the Gynecologist and getting a real form of birth control, but even that is only 80-99% effective. The only true method of preventing pregnancy is abstinence. After all, sex was created for procreation purposes, the fact that it is pleasurable is just a bonus.

Every period can be completely different from the ones previous, even if you've always been consistent. Having a cold, being under stress . . . anything can cause changes.
That said, if you are afraid you are pregnant, give your period a week to start. If it still hasn't started, do a pregnancy test.

You cannot tell when you're pregnant by symptoms. There is nothing to feel. What you're describing sounds like normal pre-period symptoms. Pregnancy doesn't feel like anything for a minimum of several weeks and sometimes much more.
