Hmm. The guy you're referring to isn't even being original. The way he talks and the "Rico got to do what Rico got to do" at the end sounds like a direct rip off of a user called Bamma. A greatly inferior rip-off.

The original managed to be witty and funny without being offensive, which is not an easy thing to pull off. This clone on the other hand manages to be offensive without being witty or funny, which is as easy as pulling the peel off a banana.

Many reasons. They could be insecure, or just are angry or need a place to vent. They may be unable to unleash at their colleagues, friends or family. This is a safe outlet for such emotions. Happends to the best of us.
