I understand that the original series of Naruto is liscensed, therefore, illegal to download.
However, naruto has already ended in japan, starting with the new series naruto shipuuden.
Here's my question, because it is a sequel, is it still liscensed in the USA? is naruto shipuuden currently legal to download?

Okay this is simple, Its illegal no matter what. Downloading anything you do not own already is illegal. Check the copyright laws. But if you feel like it go to youtube.com to get streaming videos technically its like watching a movie at your friends house because your not downloading it. But if you already own the episodes you can go to endless-naruto.com to download them.

I would just watch the Naruto Shippuden and Naruto episodes online. Try You Tube. If you want to download them you can got to dattebayo.com they have the episodes with english, hebrew, portugese, and french subtitles. They also have other anime shows to download

but check an episode and if says "copyright or licenced," maybe you can't

There are fansubs that are open for downloading as long as you dont sell or pirate it.
