Good evening everyone and a very happy Red Nose day from the UK.

As many users have realized the main central sever based in America and London has been down for repairs and upgrades. The sever was acting out yesterday around noon, and again has been deactivated to fix a problem. It certainly seems to have effected most Windows Live users as well.

So what makes my answer different from the rest. I quote to you the response that I have received in the last ten minutes from Msn customer services and technical help:

"Thank you you contacting us.
Msn staff are aware of communication and connection problems error with are server based in London. As a result many users will not be able to log in as expected. We are sorry for this inconvenience and hope to have the repairs complete by Saturday the 17th.

I hope this helps you, and again we apologize."

There you have it...

I have heard it is since working for many people however. The fualt was caused by a broken server, no one was blocked.

When MSN went Live they were so crammed with people that the services started offering error codes. Now that MSN live has settle down a bit, there are more servers open for searching and questions. Like anything new, people want to be the first to try it.

I guess all of their servers went down. Everyone had the same problem, all their services went down. MSN, Hotmail, Live everything..... They are supposed to be the leading web service providers.... I would rather trust yahoo and google.
