If you are asking the guys to give you their email addresses then you must be wanting to do more than be a model at 14!!!
You really should worry about getting an great education. That is the MOST IMPORTANT THING you can do for yourself. Who cares what the GUYS think.

that is soooo kool im 14 to and i model oh my gosh it is sooooo much fun but make sure you have thick skin because if you do mess up on something then you will get criticized for it and if you cant take it without crying then people wont want to use you but dont worry about height either cuz im 5'2" and i get alot of modeling jobs and like i said it is soooooooo much fun so if your really into go for it i love it!!!!!! my email is pink.panther101@yahoo.com and the whole skool thing at my skool during just one quarter i did 3 different modeling jobs and still kept a 4.0 average so it's really not that bad and so dont stress about skool just make sure you talk to your teachers before you go on a job and see if you can get any kind of homework before you go and then you can do it while your there not to mention there is usually a tutor there to help when there are students there so that they dont get behind on skool because if you haven't already noticed most agencies make you keep a 3.7 or higher because they say education comes first and yes they do check with your skool to see how your doing so it's really not that bad!!!!!

I think if you really want to go for it. Just don't let it get in the way of your education. You need to at least finish high school because when you are done modeling, you will need that education to do something else. Also remember that modeling can be really hard. People are always telling you what is wrong with you, what you need to change. Don't let that get to you or change who you really are. Try to stay grounded.

yeah go for it, unless you don't like pedophiles. come on now seriously.
edit: lexy - I'm pretty sure most kids parents would rather you do good in school while you still can. If you start modeling and are even successful in high school, you will get bad grades, your carreer will be over in your late twenties, and you will have to get a horrible job that only requires a high school degree (thats assuming if you have graduated) and most likely pays very low.
Listen to your parents, they have much more life experience then you, and are much wiser than you think. Hopefully your not to young to realize that.

I say do it. As long as you think you have what it takes then why not? My mom went to modelling school and was a model throughout her teen years, she says it helped her learn alot and helped her posture which helped her breath better. What do your parents think? Academics are more important, but you should try it also. I don't know the reason, but this new age of pre-teen and teenage girls dream of being a model or a superstar. Don't follow someone else's dreams though, look for what you really want.

most definitely because if you plan on being a supermodel in the near future, the earlier the better. they want fresh, young talent. by the time you reach 25-27 years old, your modeling career is pretty much over.

Keep your dreams a reality but make sure you finish school. My daughter is 14 and I let her know anything she wants to do she can but she has to finish school that is the only thing someone can not take from you.
