Are you buying it / making lunch? Also, depends on your food preferences.
- Salad: greends, tomatoes, cucumbers, baby carrots, bits of cheese, (optional - chicken / turkey), non-fat Italian dressing.
- Grilled veggies (carrots, broccoli, etc.) with chicken / grilled salmon.
- Sandwiches: vegetarian. 2 slices whole wheat or multigrain bread, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers or green peppers, pickles, olives. May add tuna, slices of ham and cheese or chicken.
- Low fat yogurt, granola.
