No,Because a normal monitor can not be transformed to a touch screen cause all the components to a normal and a touch screen monitors are all different.

Your need a completely new screen that has the laser senors in built. The touch screen works on pressure lasers understanding where your finger is pointing, in reference to it's position on the screen.

No your screen has to be a touch screen monitor and you need the soft ware to run it

Touch screens are made for that purpose are very specific pieces of hardware. You cannot convert an existing monitor.

If you buy one it will come with the ncessary driver software.
