CHECKED ALL WIRING AND PUT IN A NEW FUEL PUMP RELAY CHECKED FOR SHORTS IN WIRING EVERY THING IS NEW . NEW FUEL PUMP NEW FUEL FILTER NEWFUEL LINES. TRUCK RUNS GREAT WHEN IT WANTS TO. STILL HAVE PROBLOM WITH FUEL PUMP KICKING IN WHEN IT WANTS TO. TRYED ALL PRIVIOUS IDEAS FROM LAST ? STILL DOES THE SAME THING. ANY MORE IDEAS?

Replace the fuel pressure regulator.

you could have a bad fuel pump again...i have a 94 blazer and i had to change the fuel pump 3 times before i got a good one from the part store.

if u turn your key ahead part of the way you may hear the pump kick in.you have to check every inch of wiring because of the crap you get underneath your blazer.also being new doesn't mean its good.it's an electrical part submerged in a liquid.that's why it 's expensive.it could be faulty.
