Whats a quick way to tell the 97-99 corvette c5s from the 2000-2004 Chevrolet Corvette c5s? Lets say if you saw one on the road but couldn't inspect it.

The exterior difference is the wheels. The 97-99 Vettes had 5 wide spokes and the 00-04 were 5 thin spokes. Most of the 00-04 wheels were polished or near chrome finish. The base 00-04 wheel was just silver painted aluminum, but not many of them were produced. All stock, factory 97-99 wheels were silver painted aluminum. Aftermarket companies made chrome versions. A lot of people put the newer wheels on the 97-99 however, to make them look like the 00-04.

it quite relies upon on what sort of Corvette you're talking approximately. Yeah, you gave the three hundred and sixty 5 days, yet there are a pair of alternative variables to contemplate. once you're talking approximately an '04 Z06, acceleration from 0-60 mph is almost 4 seconds (3.ninety six). something that isn't as much as the Z06 high quality is 4.8 seconds.
