I don't think they are. You should check with the store where you bought it . Maybe they have a time limit for returns. It's worth a shot!

just talk to the store about there return policy...if not give it to goodwill or sell uit on eBay

if the tag is still on it...it also depends on where u got it...call them and talk to customer service

well, leave the tags on, and then return it. or keep the tags and then return it if you're going with someone else.
