Well it is actually none but you can go to the-n.com and play a game called the hook up u can find a date and other stuff. or on the same website u can make a school and run 8 people lives. Or on the SAME website you can make a prom and run it.

I know two. One if you are over 18 and one if you are under 18.
Although they cost money if you want the "extra" stuff. For example, you'll need to pay for 'Land Ownership' and 'weekly suspend'. But these games are great for what you are looking for! Hope you enjoy them!
