Well one site is the official Wizards of the Coast Website, another is to try EnWorld. EnWorld is a community of DnD gamers that post stuff on the forms for other players and DMs to use.

Not a total site I think. Though you can look around in message boards and forums for plenty of options.

All you REALLY need though are the base classes in the core book. Most of the others are really there are varients on those or gimacks only worth playing for the role-playing value.
