I have a HP desktop computer if it helps at all. Any advice?

Umm I checked everything usual, changed keyboard and mouse, and it still freezes... Umm and like I said, everything works perfectly until I press a button on the keyboard, so it's the computer.

make sure you don't have the mouse and keyboard plugs swapped.

make sure connections are solid? restart computer? check the retailers site for similar problems and solutions? buy a new keyboard?

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
